"Got my first order of 509 hops a few weeks ago for a brew I was really anxious to make. Centennial, Columbus and Simcoe imperial IPA. This hop was so aromatic I could swear it was just picked yesterday! The IPA is now done and the nose on this brew is so citrusy/fruity it's probably one of my best IPAs. I look forward to ordering more hops from 509 again in the future! Thanks guys!!"
